Responsibilities:

Manage the certification sector, leading and guiding the team in carrying out its activities;
Propose and implement systems, processes, documents and improvements for the sector;
Receive, prioritize and balance demands from the sector, negotiating with the demanding areas;
Maintain interface with other sectors of the company (R&D programs, supplies, electronics, etc.);
Maintain interface with customers and strategic partners (ANAC, DECEA, ANATEL, etc.);
Propose and monitor performance, quality and cost metrics and indicators in the sector.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge in the area of ​​aeronautical certification;
Experience in managing teams and/or processes;
Availability to work 100% in person in São Carlos-SP.
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar - mechanics with an emphasis on aeronautics;
MBA or postgraduate degree in management that you are currently pursuing.
Advanced English (reading documents, contacting international stakeholders and participating in international events).
